San Diego Aces Bag Tag Challenge – Montiel Park 1/10/10

It was another beautiful day in paradise on Sunday at the Challenge. With 46 players showing up for a full round of golf, there was a full women’s card with 6, and 40 men. It was warm enough to run out of water and wish that you had brought a second bottle. Chris Vilmorin led the way with a -12, and Allison Wylot for the women with a -3. There were plenty of dogs (4 legged at the dog park and the hot variety on the grill) and burgers awaiting us after the round. There was a memorial picnic for Daniel, who disc golf lost in 2009, and his friends and family shared cake (for his upcoming birthday) with the golfers. Jeff gave an update on the exciting new courses going in around town and a good time was had by all.
