Nominations Sought for 2013 S.D.Aces Board

November 13, 2012
Greetings Aces Members,
The end of 2012 is fast approaching and it is time for the San Diego Aces
Disc Golf Association to be planning for 2013. Perhaps the most important
part of planning for the upcoming year is to choose the club officers who
make decisions on behalf of the membership. Each year a Board of Directors
is chosen through our election process that includes your choice of voting
on-line or in person. All active Aces members get to vote for those
individuals who they believe will best represent them in conducting club
business.
Right now we are collecting nominations for the 2013 calendar year. To be
eligible for the Aces Board of Directors you must be an active Aces member,
be at least 18 years of age, be able to attend the monthly meeting and have
some time to dedicate to the club. If you meet these qualifications and
have the desire to help shape the direction of the club, please nominate
yourself or someone who you think will be a good candidate. The club has
grown significantly this year and it is important that our board is chosen
such that all parts of our membership are represented.
The deadline for submitting nominations is Friday, November 23, 2012.
Please include the nominee’s name, contact information and a brief message
to the membership to:
Randy Wylot, Vice President
